My First Store Dot Com ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All orders are shipped within 1-5 working days after the full payment has been cleared.

We use Pos Malaysia / Poslaju EMS / Gdex / Airpak Express / Skynet / Aramex as our courier company due to the reliability and efficiency of their services. Please allowed 2 to 6 business days (Monday to Friday) for your parcel to arrive.
For oversea clients, we will ship using DHL eCommerce/Pos Malaysia/SingPost. Registered Air Mail with tracking number takes an estimated 7-30 working days to arrive from the date of shipment (excluding weekends/Public Holidays/customs delay).
Shipping by FedEx/UPS/EMS/DHL/Aramex is available upon request or may be stated in the purchase order/invoice. Courier Shipments will take an estimated 2-10 working days to arrive from the date of shipment (excluding weekends/Public Holidays/Customs delay).

We do not accept cancellation of orders during the shipping period even when the shipping takes longer than expected.
We will check and do the best to make sure the item in good condition before send out. To protect the items that has been ordered, we will pack properly all items before shipping. A tracking number will be provided to you in order to ensure that you will receive your items.
For all shipping, any custom held, parcels returned due to bad addresses or any unknown reason, customers must pay the shipping cost for resending the parcel.
Customs, duties, taxes and any other applicable charges (if there are any) are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly from them. We request that you contact your local customs office for advise on import taxes for goods received. Please be aware that Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing these regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, the delivery being delayed or even returned.
Orders shipped with Poslaju or Courier Service/UPS/FedEx/SingPost require a signature upon delivery. If buyer are not at home, please check your item at your nearest Post Office by calling and track with the tracking number provided by us to avoid delay delivery.
Please check the parcel in front of the courier guy. Make sure that the seal and packing paper is in good condition before you sign for it. Return to the courier guy if the seal or package is open or broken. We do not accept the complaint about items is missing, differ once you received.
Please do inform us should your purchased item did not arrive after 6 working days (within Malaysia) / 30 working days (International) from the shipping date and also check the item in your local post office.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and are shown before you complete your purchase. These costs are based on the weight of the goods you order and the country of delivery.
Shipping costs include handling/shipping.
Whenever possible, we will offer you only the safest, quickest shipping methods even when this means a higher shipping cost.
Shipping Delays and Back-orders
In circumstances beyond our control, delivery might require some additional shipping time due to Holiday Seasons, large orders, and out of stock items may take longer. We only sell items that are ready stock, however in the very unlikely event that we experience items that are temporarily out of stock we will notify you immediately for the next delivery time or a replacement of a similar product of the same value (upon agreed by you). If that is not possible, we will fully refund you for the total you paid through the payment method you selected for the product and shipping cost.
